• Early in September Rosemary received the Mosman Art Prize Viewers Choice Award, with her painting ‘The Guardians’. This painting is a celebration of her garden and the afternoon tea setting under the apricot tree. This work is now available and can be viewed at Eva Breuer Art Dealer.

• Also in September Rosemary took part in the local Hill End Arts Council annual exhibition held at the Jean Bellette Gallery in Hill End. Her exhibited work, ‘The Blue Chair’ is also from her garden series. Please contact the artist for sale enquiries.

Rosemary has been a supporter of the Blake Religious Art Prize for many years, and attended this important book launch on the 14^th September at the National Art School Gallery, Sydney. The Blake Book provides a fascinating visual story of the Blake’s 60-year history and traces many significant changes in art and art movements, as well as cultural changes in our society. CUPS

Rosemary has 3 new additions to her cup collection. They are a striking ‘English Rose’, a delicate Shelly ‘Daffodil Time’, and a Paragon ‘Pompadour’. Paintings of these cups will be available before Christmas 2011.

• ROSEMARY’S GARDEN

Over the years of living in Hill End, Rosemary has been collecting recipes, gardening methods, and documenting the seasons with many photographs and artworks. Some initial images are contained in the ‘Rosemarys Garden’ section of this website. Here is a special image from this Spring which started with glorious weather, but has descended into bitter cold windy wet days for October.
